Favorite car: Fiat Abarth 850 TC and Toyota Prius PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle).

Most challenging part of the job: Keeping up with the changing technology, and with the vehicle manufacturers’ need to approach technology differently from one another.

Advice to customers: Learn to use and appreciate alternative forms of transportation.
