Most challenging part of the job: Keeping up with the changing technology. That also is the most satisfying part of the job.

Advice to customers: Change your oil and filter every 3 months or 3,000 miles. This is the best thing you can do for your car. Even better, look in your owner service schedule and keep up with your regular service maintenance schedule.
