Most challenging part of the job: Even though we have the
best information systems available, we occasionally get inaccurate, incomplete
or hard to interpret repair information.
Advice to customers: Besides regular maintenance, you can
make your vehicle last longer by simply using it less. Take advantage of public
transportation. If you’re close enough, consider walking or biking to your
destination.
